So it's just got Prunella vulgaris as active ingredient? I'd try
something with Melissa officinalis (lemon balm) as primary ingredient
before that but who knows?
Post results please.

I've used the lip balm version for cold sores and it's been over a year
since I've had a cold sore...nothing short of a miracle since I used to
get them all the time. I'm thinking that's a good indication that the
cream would also be effective.

That's wonderful that you've found something that seems to work for you. :)
Though the real test would be to stop using it and see if you start having
outbreaks. You may find that it is your body doing the work and not the cream.
Take care,
