Bee propolis does seem to help; it works against the itching, at least.

But, I know, so does Zinc Oxide (baby diaper rash), which I also use.

Bee propolis it's on the top list of products that I did not tried so
far
and planned to do so.
The whole thing about herpes treatments it is to
at least stop a cold sore from further developing
once the first symptoms has appeared.

There are not many such options to stop completely, irreversible the
cold sores once they start to appear. You will therefore figure
out for sure whether bee propolis works for you or not.

The whole problem with herpes, I reckon, is its highly prolificacy:
10,000 new
viruses are being produces by a single one. that's a huge ammount
and it seems to be hard to stop.
Only very few remedies work, really.
