Hi Jeff,
Strictly speaking, it depends on the specific test, but practically
speaking, most tests seem to have a threshold of about 0.9 or 1.0
for a reading of "positive". Below that and the diagnosis is either
negative or inconclusive. (False negatives are notorious.) So 3.3
would definitely be in the positive column, though I don't know if I
would call it "high". If I recall, my antibody test came back at
around 6 point something, though I can't find my data sheet which
used to be right here in The Pile somewhere.
