Isn't this the same thing, essentially as Choraphor? AFAIK, nobody in
here has tried it and said it has worked.
Zinc oxide (in the form of A&D diaper rash ointment works decently well
for me, at least for the itching, and to keep the sores dry.

I don't know but they say that the active ingredients are sulphur,
ammoniated acid, lemon balm and St. John's Wort.
I'm not surprised that this works well. These are all proven
ingredients.
I have all but the ammoniated acid in my concoction. I have salicylic
acid instead plus lots of other stuff.

Isn't there supposed to be something bad about salicylic acid and
herpes? Or is that long-term usage by itself?
