If I give Herpes symplex 2 to my SO on her mouth, (she has had some
cold soars around her mouth after I had an outbreak)will it travel
down to affect her genital area. Or will I have to have direct contact
with her genitals to give it to her.
And if I am on suppresive medication and so signs of outbreaks what
are the chances of giving it to her.

Oral Herpes type-2 is possible but not very common.
Oral Herpes is typically type-1. Genital herpes is typically type-1 or
type-2.
Herpes doesn't travel from the top of your body to the bottom of your body.
Suppressive therapy is good but it's not 100% effective in preventing
transmission.
