Do you guys in the town you live, don't have
a phone number where you can call
and talk with a nurse and they will give you
advice whether you require to see a doctor or not?
They usually have a database fromwhere they will search the
required information on top of what they already know (sometimes not that much,
I guess, to be a bit realistic, well, it depends, I guess)
That phone call should be free of charge and it can
save you time if not needed to see a doctor and in some cases, of
course, it can save peoples lives.

No, we did have a line like that, but for some reason it got stopped. I

Your talking about the good old "ask-a-nurse" hotline... They say the same
thing every time you call... "Go to the emergency room" lol They're afraid
of getting sued.
