I am very serious about these. It seems like some sort of revelation,
really.
I mean, people are always talking about the importance of doing
physical exercises but no one have ever mentioned that making sure the
upper spine area
which includes the muscles, needs to be detensioned; the whole back of
the neck
and the facial muscles where the trigerminal brunches are located,
should
be taken in consideration.
I have learned these after I had an injury on my left jaw, due to a
street fight
in the winter time, when I've got hit pretty bad in that area.
Not only that, immediately after I was hit, I stayed in very cold
current
with door ajar and the cold sores had the days before this incident,
were settled in the oral area.
I mean by that, before this, the genital OB used to be predominant
and since this, I've never had problems with the genital herpes again.
It seems like they have shifted from the genital area to the
oral area, due to the trauma.
I was always thinking about the methods used by the doctors in the
past, which
included the blood letting etc; I was looking at the trauma on my jaw
as such
a method to increase the number of antibodies in my body and the
genital herpes problem was solved, thus.
Another interesting point that I want to make is,
that I have figure out before these incidents, if I would have done
inversion postures such as "Salamba Sirsasana" in yoga postures, the
genital herpes would become more often noticed then oral herpes.
This particular issue had determined me to take in consideration
the possibility of the muscles, circulation on the herpes.
There is an obvious corelation between the ability of the virus to
became more active and the certain activity of the areas along the
viral
pathways.
All these observations have helped me to understand the viral
behaviour
relative to our body.
It is very clear to me, now, that the certain areas where the viral
pathways
are located, have a trivial role for the maintaining a free viral
areas.
The herpes seems to travel easier along the usual pathways, when they
are not
functioning in their optimal state.
The virus does not need a perfect nerve to travel along it, or a
perfecly
mantained muscular area in order to do it.
Stressed muscles means lactose and other stress caused substances when
the
pathways are not functioning at their best.
I used to spend hours in cold rivers making sure the lower body got
enough
cold water and for me after a couple of summers genital herpes became
history.
Well, you cannot do the same for the cold sores but you can do
the above mentioned exercises of the neck-upper spine to keep
a great health of the viral pathway areas.
Swimming is great.
