I've been looking for effective, OTC treatment for my oral herpes
outbreaks for years.  I've tried Herpicin-L, L-Lysine, Zinc
supplements... I recently heard an ad for Abreva and got interested.
However, does anyone have any experience with Abreva or Novitra (the
zinc application)?  I've seen data on each, and each looks promising,
but I'm looking for genuine personal testimony. :)

Thanks!
Matt

Hi Matt,

The truth is . . . everybody is different. What works for one person with
herpes may not work for you. So, the only way to determine what is going to
work out for you is for you to try what it is you are asking about. Be
careful and do your homework before doing so. The best experience will be
what you experience.
