I've been doing okay, but just got an outbreak today :(

I get them from stress and this week has been difficult at work with new
things going on, new training and then I had to get a crown at the dentist
and sure enough I come home and have an outbreak. I had one back in mid
March and one prior just after Christmas. One every 2 months is awesome for
how I was doing in the past.
