Ya know, I could do some research and find this out myself but I like
talking to you all. Also it looks like it is kinda slow in here right now.
And since there just might be some new people lurking around waiting to see
something helpful....here's a question!

Doesn't shingles have something to do with the herpes virus? It's just
another strain right? Like Chicken Pox?

Shingles is the reactivation of the chicken pox virus--a herpes virus.

Herpes Zoster (shingles) and Herpes Simplex are two completely different
things within the same family of viruses.
