I am doing great, thanks for asking; how about yourself?
I've scanned most of the past topics since my absence.

The levels of understanding of the behaviour of the herpes/human body
got to a point where it's too complex to be able to understand at a
deeper level.

Luckily, what I've researched along the time since joining ASH,
seems enough to make me stay herpes symptoms free,
it even goes beyond my expectations, up to this point; so far so good.

I feel like a new born sometimes when I think of it.

Simply put, no matter which of the numerous triggers from the past
seem to have no impact into creating herpes activity in the present.

I will let the time, tell whether the chains of patterns, that herpes
require
in order to became from latent to active has been interupted on the
permanent basis,
or something of this sort; that is how I see a possible "cure-like"
situation:
when the herpes virus cannot use the complex set of patterns that it
usually does, due
to such a blockage of its proper functioning somewhere along the way
from the latent to
active and all of its states.

At this point, I cannot think of one single type of treatment that I've
used
that would finalize the job as it seems something has done, so far.

I'd like though, to mention 2 particular methods that I haven't
emphasized in here, so far,
as I reckon:

One is, breathing fresh, clean air deep into the lungs, through the
nostrils,
on the upper area, above the diaphragm (prior to it I used to breathe
mostly into my stomach, when using deep breaths through nostrils, as
tought by some authors); this method seems to do wonders, including
with my sinuses past problems.

Secondly, I use a blender where I mix papaya, pineapple these two
digestive systems' beneficials, also fruits containing
papain respectively bromelain enzymes, great for helping the digestive
system to digest nuts, seeds etc.

How are things going for you, Al?
