Hi null pointer,
I'm glad you've found something that is working for you!
Just a few minor points: herpes simplex can't suddenly become herpes zoster
(shingles). That's the chicken pox virus. So, what's really going on is
that your herpes infection has found another nerve to travel down, which is
causing outbreaks in a new location. As to why they are so severe, you
might want to take a look at other lifestyle factors that would have caused
your herpes severity to change.
Also, that's a lot of lysine daily. Do be careful. I believe too much can
have some negative effects for some people.
Lysine tends to work better for type 1 herpes than for type 2.
Take care and thanks for sharing your success with us.
