I went to the doctor today..........
She is sure that I was having my first outbreak, but the blisters are
gone and she could not do a culture. She will not put me on supressive
therapy because I am pregnant and she wants me to see a gyn. I was
tested for hsv2 in May and it come back negative, but she took blood
today to redo the test and see if my count has come up. She said that
it probably will not be positive since it has not been but 6 weeks and
1 day since exposure, but she will be paying attention to the count.
Now I am off to find a gyn. It will be kind of hard with no insurance,
but I am going to see what I can do to find one that will put me on a
payment plan. I do not want to go through that again without something
to help make it a little easier.

Hi,

Should you look for a gyn/ob?  That way you don't have to look for another
doctor just to deal with baby stuff.

Good luck!!
