There was a chart somewhere i guess i overlooked , that listed the arginine/l-lysine in foods...anyone got a link to it. If you think that there is something that might be triggering your outbreaks just keep track of that something and go from there. Many people do not have signs or symptoms. Herpes isn't always going to be something that you can see or feel which is why it's important to be tested. Good Luck, Angela :) SignatureYahoo!
