Looking For Chart

There was a chart somewhere i guess i overlooked , that listed the
arginine/l-lysine in foods...anyone got a link to it. I have a new
outbreak this morning...Stan

That chart doesn't really mean anything where herpes is concerned. If you
think that there is something that might be triggering your outbreaks just
keep track of that something and go from there. In the meantime what are you
using to treat your outbreaks when you do get them?

Do you think it's helping you? Do you know which type of herpes you have and
the location?

Haven't been tested and seems to always be on the penis...have never had
a cold sore on my mouth in my life that i can remember..This time it had
some swelling and i remember eating an orange and may not have washed my
hands good enough before touching it the day before the outbreak.....Stan

I was going by what pictures i have seen and it does look like the
pictures when i have an outbreak. I hope i am wrong. Thanks for your
help. Guess i need to study up on canker sores ..Stan

The pictures that are out on the internet are the worst case scenarios. Many
people do not have signs or symptoms. Herpes isn't always going to be
something that you can see or feel which is why it's important to be tested.

I know i need to be tested but only have medicare...bet they wouldn't
pay for that. I am 53 and on disability with bad neck problems..
