Hi, I got a cat that suddeny got this rash and it was bleeding like a
brake-out. Cat he have it and can the fleas pass it on??? thanks, you
can eMail me if you want.

There is a feline herpes virus. But their virus and the human viruses can not
be passed on. At least that's what the vet said. You should take the cat to
the vet and let the vet figure out what's wrong with the cat.
