would two condoms theoretically reduce the chances of the condom or one of
them at least slipping off?

I guess it could but I don't know if I would recommend this, plus it
wouldn't be that comfortable would it? I have used condoms in the past,
don't like the feel though. I personally don't use condoms, as I am sterile
and my girlfriend and I both have herpes.

Try going through this site for a download kit to measure and order the
proper condom.
