Canola oil and liver problems

A few short years ago there were some postings concerning the use of
Canola oil and liver function. I believe it was suggested that people
with hep-c should not use the stuff.

Does anyone have any update on this topic?

Hi Joe.
The information that I found suggests that Canola Oil was just
another victim of an internet hoax, and that there is no supporting
evidence that it causes any ill effects.
