Hey Spidey, I guess you must have read how Chirac stated that France would be
prepared to use nuclear weapons against countries that commit acts of terrorism
against the French State.

Here is the quote: "The leaders of countries that would use acts of terrorism
against us, and those who would intend to use weapons of mass destruction in one
way or another, they must understand that they risk a powerful and appropriate
response from our side. This response can be conventional, but it can also be of
a different nature."

Now I see all these speculations about whom Chirac was referring, but yaknow
what? Maybe LZ got it right and picked the right place to go, cos I know Chirac
is a whole lot smarter than that idiot at No 10 Downing Street.

Of course, you now have a government that wants closer ties with the monkey in
the White House. I know how much that sucks. You have my sympathy.

The problem is that with Tony BLIAR running the country as the The Right
Honourable Member for Texas North, we are stuck with him running things around
here as well.

WTF should I have a biometric passport just to keep King George happy? I am a
subject of Queen Elizabeth II, and if I were her, I would be completely
pissed-off at King George trying to make us follow his rules. She ought to be
leading the revolution, but the House of Lords seem to be working for her
regardless. The daily Telegraph has again lost its case against George Galloway,
which leaves them with the only alternatives of whether to pay up or take it to
the House of Lords. If I were them, I would pay up now.

Do you think that I should replace the picture I have of him with the elephant
ears on my web-site, with pictures of him as a chimp? There are plenty of them
out there.

Thank you, Alan, and I'm not the only Canadian who is quite distressed about
the situation. However, Harper's campaign promised to cut the gst and scrap
the gun registry... <shakes head>

This election, for the first time ever, I did not vote. And y'know what? I
don't feel nearly as bad about it as I thought I would!

That's what has been pissing me off. I actually made the effort to go and vote
this time, because everybody knows Blair is a f.cking liar, but getting anybody
else to vote was like finding hen's teeth. And now we have reached the brink of
a nuclear war, and I bet they are all crapping themselves, but do I give a damn?

I live about five miles from one of those "first strike targets" and if it all
kicks off then "Whoooosh!" I'm gone. Completely vapourised! No lying around in
pain and suffering like CMH David did.

Hey bring it on Dubya! Do I give a damn? At least I shall die knowing that I did
my utmost to warn everybody else. It's not my fault that nobody listens to a
word I say. I'm going to become radio-active dust that will glow for the next
4.5 billion years. That's kinda romantic, in a twisted kind of way.

Hey, and I bet all those right wing preachers, and Dick Cheney, are sleeping
(trying to) in their precious bunkers, quivering with fear. LMAO I bet they will
all be in their churches on Sunday, praying for peace. I bet they are all scared
that they are going to die. I've seen it for myself, people who spend their
lives forcing their religous crap down your throat, and when it comes to their
time to go they are scared. Yea right! Go for it Bush! "Bring it on" just like
you said.

Let's go down singing!

The Eastern World
It is explodin'
Violence flarin'
Bullets loadin'
You're old enough to kill
But not for votin'
You don't believe in war
But what's that gun you're totin'
And even the Jordan River has bodies floatin'

But you tell me over, and over, and over again my friend
Ah, you don't believe we're on the eve of destruction

Don't you understand what I'm tryin' to say
And can't you feel the fears I'm feelin' today
If the button is pushed, there's no runnin' away
There'll be no one to save
With the whole world in a grave
Take a look around you boy,
It's bound to scare you boy

And you tell me over, and over, and over again my friend
Ah, you don't believe we're on the eve of destruction

Yeah, my blood's so mad
Feels like coagulatin'
I'm sittin' here, just contemplatin'
I can't twist the truth
It knows no regulation
Handful of senators don't pass legislation
And marches alone can't bring integration
When human respect is disintegratin'
This whole crazy world
Is just too frustratin'

And you tell me over, and over, and over again my friend
Ah, you don't believe we're on the eve of destruction

And think of all the hate there is in Red China
Then take a look around to Selma, Alabama
Ah you may leave here for four days in space
But when you return it's the same old place
The poundin' of the drums
The pride and disgrace
You can bury your dead, but don't leave a trace
Hate your next door neighbor, but don't forget to say grace

But you tell me over, and over, and over, and over again my friend
You don't believe we're on the eve of destruction
No, no, you don't believe we're on the eve of destruction

No problem here with voters, it was a good turnout. Problem is, everyone was
voting to oust the Liberal government because they wanted to "get even" with
them. f.ck! That is NOT a reason to vote for an ultra right-wing,
fanatically religious lunatic who thinks the sun shines out of Dubya's arse.
First on his agenda is to move some troops into BC to protect our coast and
border from terrorists.
In my riding, a Liberal was elected, but that's not the way to go with
Canadian democracy. We'll get nothing from the federal government.
Can you see why I didn't vote?
