I just completed a online HCV survey. It took me about an hour. I am
supposed to receive a $90 check in the mail in 10-14 days. The survey site
is SurveyRX.com. Today,Thursday 10/9/2008 is the last day to
participate.After you take the survey they will email you a password. Log
off the site then log on back on and choose payment method then enter your
address,etc. I did a quick Google and they seem to be legit. It might be
worth one's time to check it out.
