"Your spleen may become enlarged and, in rare instances, may rupture
while taking Neupogen. The spleen is located in the upper left section
of your stomach area. Call your doctor right away if you have pain in
your left upper stomach area or left shoulder tip area. This pain
could mean your spleen is enlarged or ruptured."

Funny, I've got HCV because my spleen ruptured during a car wreck. Blood
transfusion.....
FWIW, I trucked around for years with that spleen, which the surgeon
descibed in highly technical terminology as "huge." It evidently enlarged
during a bout with mono when I was 15. I lived a decidedly full-tilt-boogie
lifestyle, which included, but is not at all limited to, quite a few
spectacular falls from horses. I didn't have the car accident til I was 21,
so that tells you those organs are tougher than they'd have you believe.
Ever watched those drug commercials on TV? They warn you about every
possible side effect, right down to the .0000000000001% of the population
who grew warts on their left earlobe. I wouldn't worry much about your
spleen.
