vintage slob worked for me.... extra big pajama pants with very
baggy tshirts and NO bra. Hated having to get dressed to go
anywhere

Sweats or boxer's worked for me, depending on the season. Couldn't get
excited about colors. Whatever was on the top of the laundry basket was
fine.

If you are going to be in the sun a lot, plan on covering up. Your skin
takes a real beating. Moisturizer is a real good idea, under your
over-sized Coco Chanel sunglasses, that is! :) Also you may be prone to
night sweats on shot night, so some cotton long johns are in order. You may
shivver a lot that night, as well.
hope this helps

I think you've got the right idea with goth-punk. The predominance of black
will accentuate those dark circles under your eyes and contrast nicely with
colourless flesh. On special occasions, a touch of red eyeliner and yellow
shadow will really dress up the look.
Any perfect style starts with the hair, so you'll need a good cut. Grab
random handfuls, about the diamater of your finger, and cut at will with
scissors to guarantee an uneven look. As your hair falls out through
treatment, the effect will only get better. Chemical dyes are not
recommended for anyone with liver disease, but you can use henna safely; go
for the bolder shades such as burgundy and, of course, black. Yes, it may
stain your pillowcases but you'll likely not have the energy to give a f.ck
about mundane concerns. Also because of chemical content, avoid commercial
gels, mousses and other hair products. Liberally applied baby oil will
result in an edgy, greasy-but-tidy look.
You may decide that long sleeves aren't that practical while dealing with
dry skin and riba-itch; the fabric-skin contact may intensify the
irritation. Over-sized muscle shirts are appropriate to the ska8er look, and
will really show off your inevitible weight loss. For those jaunts to the
pharmacy, an oversized hoodie will keep the chill off. Stick with soft
cottons (avoid wool and synthetic fabrics, they can be abrasive), and
remember that, if you're going to have a design on your shirt, it's either a
dragon or nothing at all.
I'm not sure I'd go with the punk plaids, simply because the slightest
little thing will intensify your headache. Maybe safest to try a khaki cargo
pant instead, something with generous and numerous pockets. Because you'll
forget where you put something the instant you set it down, it's handier to
keep everything in your pockets (easier to search pockets than search your
house; conserving limited energy is important).
And finally, to complete the look, you must have appropriate footwear.
Ideally, black military lace-up boots would be the choice, but you just
won't have the energy for all that lacing and carrying around the extra
poundage of quarter-inch leather and two-inch rubber tread soles. So, I
suggest a light canvas shoe, retro style, in black or red with white soles
and laces. Don't be tempted by those high-top styles though, best to have
something you can slip on and off without tying and untying.
You can mix and match any of these ideas, and introduce your own design
elements for an individual look. For example, I worked on a minimalist-goth
look (light makeup and hair):
