If any Canadian Hep-C bad blood infected people didn't know, the
applications are available.

Got my application all filled out. We'll see how long they can prolong
this part of the process now.

Hi K: Things are ok. Cirhhosis hasn't progressed much, liver still
seems compensated. I've developed sleep apnea which adds a whole new
wrinkle to everything. Strange because I don't have any of the usual
physical attributes assosiated with apnea. As you know fatigue is a
bugger with Hep C as it is, now I'm not getting more than a couple of
hours sleep a night, I'm a walking zombie most of the time.

Thanks for asking.

Paul.

hey Paul

I have sleep apnea too...  CPAP machine didn't help me, so mostly I
try to ignore it.   during TX I talked my BCLD into prescribing xanax
to help me get to sleep -- and it works wonders!  I'm still taking 1/2
a xanax at bedtime, otherwise I really have a lot of trouble falling
asleep, let alone staying asleep.  The xanax also seems to help me
sleep deeper and longer periods and I actually feel like I got some
rest at night now.  Might work for you......  ya never know!

Hi Sara: Yeah, I tried the CPAP machine, wow, I just couldn't do it. I
have no problem falling asleep its staying asleep that us Apnea-ites
have trouble. Last sleep lab I did they said I woke 22-25 times a hour
on average..And they classify that as mild apnea...
I'll talk to the Dr. about Xanax.
Thanks for the tip.

Paul
