Twelve weeks into treatment here's my viral load update:
Initial - 3,074,450
4 weeks - 237,645
12 weeks - 37,907
I believe I am responding, but not as well as I would have hoped, I
think I am continuing on till 24 weeks no matter what, really don't
know what to think at this point, any feedback would be appreicated.

That's a two log drop - so you've bested the cutoff that most BCLDs use at the
12 week mark. As you say, you are responding, you just aren't running with the
lead pack in this race.
It's far too early to even think about cutting your therapy short, but it
might not be a bad idea to have a conversation with your doctor to see how
he'd feel about having you continue therapy for 36 to 48 weeks past the point
that you do become undetectable. Studies show that significantly raises the
odds of success for slow responders...
Cheers - and good luck

Looks to me like you're riding the fence. Yeah, you almost got your
2-log drop, but you've got a ways to go. I'd be interested to know what
your PCR is at the end of 16 weeks. Perhaps an extended treatment might
be in order if you can get undetectable soon. Best of luck to you!
