Although I agree with you that no, making fun of someone is not "very humanitarian", I don't understand why this being a liver health group makes a difference. It doesn't matter if you're making fun of someone right in their face or halfway across the world, or if you are a street bum or a nun, making fun of someone really is NEVER very nice.
