It wouldn't have hurt this particular strat knockoff very much.  :-)
It'd been hanging on my wall as decoration, I never bothered to put
strings on it.  The host of the party actually wanted it to learn how to
play so I ended up giving it to him for 2 CD's and a big fat doobie.  I
should have held out for a signed concert poster or something.  There
were several blues players at the party, all of whom were enjoying the
night off....not playing.
