I just picked it up at the library (even though I've been on treatment since February) - but it has a lot of straightforward, good info. Like the guys said, there's lots of info on the net too, but if you prefer an easy to read book..... I am willing to mail one, any, or all of these books to anyone who wants them. just email me at puffler at wowway dot com. If no one wants them, they are going to a used book store soon, and that just seems a waste, so someone holler and I'll send em on to you!
