I've been absent from the board for a few months while I waited for my final post treatment bloodwork results which I received today. The de-de-de dragon is dead and looks like he's gone forever! For those new to the n/g (or don't remember me)..I was a Type A with early cirrohsis and my doctor's painted a very gloomy picture for me, didn't think meds would work, terrible sides would befall me etc. But I proved them all wrong! Thanks for all of the support from everyone on this n/g. I couldn't have done it without you! Now, for the final chapter, it's time for a sunny vacation in search of a red dwarf. Elmo, I seem to have lost John somewhere in the surf...have you heard from him? I suppose I could just show up at his doorstep...but I don't want the shock to kill him. Let me know... That's the BEST kind of news. I know you've got to be riding on cloud nine. So you want to 'rock' John's world, eh? Wish I could help you, but I haven't heard hide nor hair from him in what seems like a year. He just seemed to drop off the face of the earth.
