Okay this is really my last post on this group.
The quote Cody posted directly below are lyrics from a Death Metal Band
called "Cannibal Corpse" (I am not into death metal)   4 years ago the
Buddhist News Group which was dominated by Cody and his Buddy a guy
named Craig Bratcher who is now gone from the group was one of the worst
Usenet spammers in the world. Between the 2 of them I had over 200 user
names killfiled. They impersonated many people and would basically block
any normal dialogue and stalk people on Buddhist Yahoo groups, assume
their identiity on usenet and post things and sign that person's name.
All this because they follow a Buddhist priest who excommunicated as
many as 40 Million plus Buddhists around the world in 1991. Since that
time this Priest was disgraced publicly in Japan and proven in major
court cases in Japan to be a liar.
As a satire of the NG, I posted the lyrics from some "Cannibal Corpse"
songs a few times, that I had stumbled onto online and said it was
appropriate for the sick news group, which was 90% Bratcher and Cody,
spewing out venom. Bratcher and Cody then reposted those lyrics over
5000 times, over the next few years, signing my name to them as though I
had written them as he just did on this NG,
The other quotes were altered and and reposted again around 3000-5000
times removing my disclaimer on my surreal posts, that it was Satire.
The entire tone of the group was already dominated by Bratcher and Cody
and to satirize this I posted my own satires for a few weeks back in
2002.
When I had started posting on that group in around 1998---before I knew
what Cody and Bratcher were like, I thought they were real buddhists and
they had my phone number and they had been calling me on the
telephone--both entirely drunk 100% of the time on the phone. At first I
thought their attacks on different factions within the buddhist world
were just satires, but as I read their posts I saw how they were
treating real people posting on the NG, especially women, so In 2001 I
changed sides and began sticking up for the people they were abusing.
Overnight I went from being their 'friend" to being their avowed enemy.
Over the past few years Bratcher finally left the group, leaving Cody.
Since he was plonked, in order to get my attention he kept changing his
posting name to weasal out of the plonk so I had to plonk him over and
over again. Eventually he hit on the idea of taking my own user names so
if I plonked him, I would be plonking myself. He never deals with any
serious content and only posts personal attacks.
So here we are today. In the past week Cody has stolen my posting name
again and if I change to another name he quickly takes that too. It is
entirely predictable. He is pure sleaze.
