ok last week was a breeze but of course I was on Lorecet and Pcillan
due to absess tooth. I havent felt that good in MONTHS. However,
today I woke up after my shot and feel like crap. I am even running a
101 temp with the chills and all that great wonderful stuff. I called
be in charge thinking maybe the penicillan could interfer but nope -
its just a bad week. My doctor wont give me anything stronger than
aleve and tylenol for pain - the lorecet was sure making me feel good
though - oh well, maybe it will be better next week.

Yep, maybe next week will be a better week, Susan. No two are exactly
the same, as I recall. :-) If last week was a bad one, chances are the
next will be better. Things usually get better the deeper you get into
the week after doing a shot of PEG. Your best days will be just before
it's time to take the next shot. You'll be alright.....keep putting one
foot in front of the other a day at a time.

Yeah Susan, it's a crazy ride you are on. You sound like you are holding up
fairly well though. How's that tooth? It's like Elmo, said, so hopefully
next week will be a breeze. I wonder why these doc's won't prescribe
anything stronger than over the counter pain relievers? I ended up going to
my GP when the joint pain got out of hand and he gave me Norco, which is
hydrocodone and tylenol. It helped... a lot. So if your dentist doesn't have
issues with it, maybe your reg doc will help you out if you need it. Hang in
there!
