Had my 5th shot last night and actually got up and ate cereal. The kind
with a thousand vitamins in it. First "food" since um I'm embarrassed
to admit. Was living off of nutrition drinks and water pretty much
since 3 days ago. It felt like an epiphone or something: "go eat food!"
I couldn't believe it. I ate a bowl of cereal, a whole bowl. That's a
big deal finally it appears that into the 2nd mo. of treatment I can
eat again.
Yes you're tinkle should be clear when you see it some one had said
earlier "I concur" drink water water water plus I got thirsty on this
treatment.
Well tomorrow morning I am dreading the trip to the oncology center for
the Neulasta. They should call it "Neuk"lasta as I feel like I've been
nuked after it. The fact this takes place at the cancer treatment
center adds some zing to it too LOL. (wish they'd just let ME take
some home and do it- but I think I understand the importance of medical
personnel insuring dosage etc- plus I have my blood work done there as
well) and this thing I do BEFORE I go to work- ugh. My BONES will hurt
and I tell my self it's good things happening for my health. But it
still hurts.

How much weight have you lost fli? I lost my appetite and lived off of
cereal and ice cream. I have now moved on to nutritious chocolate bars
- whats with the sweet tooth? My doc called in epo shots prefilled and
I assumed I just shot them. Took me until the 3rd injection to realize
I was getting epo and air bubbles!

oh my Gaw - the air bubbles. Hope it didn't cause harm to you? That
sounds scary.
The sweet tooth - personally I think it's because the EASIEST foods to
eat happen to be sweets like cereal, Dannon, etc? maybe plus they're
not salty.
I have lost 8 lbs this month and all I do is sit around. I am rather
slim to begin with so it's not such a good thing.

I never had much for appetite either. Especially in the morning. For my
morning handful of pills this is what I did, blend a banana with a can of
SlimFast. Something quick, had some vitamins in it, and the banana is good
too.
Dinner was mostly cereal and ice-cream..
