I've noticed since I've been leaving early and he's been forced to get his head out of his a.s he is not happy with the performance of the rest of the crew. He really had no idea who was getting all the work done until I haven't been there a couple of afternoons. He is addressing issues now. So there is good with the bad. It felt good that I didn't allow him to manipulate me into coming in today. I am going to nap now, suddenly I feel relieved! dort Your version wins, hands down!!!!
