It's the ebb and flow of battle between an immune system that just won't
ignore the virus and a virus that can mutate to elude the immune system. If
the immune system is winning this week, next week the virus will mutate,
regain numbers, and once *it* is winning it will drift back to its original
coding.
Considering the virus can replicate a trillion copies of itself in a single
day, an order of magnitude change in VL between any two tests probably
shouldn't be something to be alarmed about...

Interesting, I only took immunosuppresants for about 2 weeks after my
transplant. I do have days of extreme brain fog and fatigue. But my last
blood/liver workup looked pretty good! ( no RNA test was ordered though)

Listen to the Doc! My vl fluctuated over 3 months from ranges of 52,000
to 535 to over a million. I really don't understand why there are such
fluctuations but I am sure someone can explain it to you.
