Seems pretty clear: For requests originating in China, Google will apply a
Chinese government dictated filter to any search results before presenting the
filtered results to the requestor.

The power of the yuan can be very persuasive.

Well if we get some Chinese folks poking around in here we'll have to learn
to speak with them in metaphors.  That would be alright.
