My new doc was wondering why my pulse was over 100. when he figured out
that I had been taking Allegra -D twice a day for over 10 years he
flipped out!!

He gave some samples of non-decongestant allergy pills.

Well if I can't have a decongestant, how can I smoke without
mouthbreathing all the time?

Damn!

So I've been sucking Commit Lozenges all day - not that bad.

I hope I can sleep tonight tho.

Not Still Smokin'

I'm glad you quit smoking. We started on the same day. I don't understand
this part of your post? Why would you want to smoke?

I'm having some trouble sleeping myself. But I think once I get kid on bus
I'll crash fast. A couple dozen cups of tea later. I have to think of the
money I am saving.

I'm glad I quit too and you as well. Good luck!

Why would I want to smoke? The logical brain doesn't. The emotional
brain is a cripple and needs a crutch! This is its last crutch, and I'm
afraid of falling into the abyss.
Or f you subscribe to the replacement theory of addictive behavior -
sometimes the replacement is worse than the addiction given up.

Good luck with your tx. Kill those little feisty vermin.

Love,
Steve
