A few weeks ago I made mention of looking for my son whom I fathered
while in Germany.
Well my wife had a similar situation she was dealing with.
Two years before we met she, like me, was having a devil of a time with
life. She became pregnant from a casual meeting and was pressured by
all including friends that she give the child up for adoption. They
felt in her present condition that would be the best for the child and
convinced Kellie of the same.

She went to a un-wed mothers home and did the most heart-wrenching
thing she ever had to do..She let go of her two week old baby.

Flash forward to the present..........

Kellie who is the most loving and caring woman I know..and the greatest
mother a child could want hasn't given up on searching for her first
child.

She did the regular things..Let the adoption agency know she wanted
Chyanne to contact her if she came looking..Registered on many sites
catering to re-uniting families.etc., etc.

A little while ago she got a phone call asking her if she had given up
a child for adoption in London Ontario and had named her Chyanne...She
said yes and immediatley received the best present ever.......The lady
had been approached by Chyanne(name now Evangeline)looking for Kellie.
Both had registered at this little local site within days of each
other....
I was fortunate to have been in the room as the call took place.....The
look on my wife's face was worth a million bucks.

Evangeling had been adopted by a loving family in London and had been
raised the best a mother could hope for.

She had been up to our place twice already(4hour drive)and my Wife and
a friend of hers went down there to her home...

This has made my wife's year! When Eva would have turned 18, a few
years ago, my wife thought thats when she would come looking for her.
When that didn't happend I think Kellie started to loose hope in ever
being re-united.

My kids now have a older sister and Evangeline has another mother and 2
brothers and a sister...I love it!!!!

I still hold out hope that I'll meet Marcus one day.....

As Yoggi Bearer once said, " It ain't over till its over".

And it aint over!!!!
