Ive been doing a little research about damage to others organs. Plenty
of information on damage to liver but I dont seem to find much on other
organs. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or share
information about that.

There does seem to be a connection between Hep-c and Diabetes.  It
appears to be your bodys inability to use the insilin that your
pancress produces more than the damage to the pancress itself.  I have
heard from others on this board about other organs to varying degrees.

Ive read that. In fact, Im sure I have it. It is type 2 insulin
resistant diabetes. I dont use insulin but I certainly have insulin
resistances. I wonder if there are studies showing that it reverses
with treatment.

I have never heard of any studies. Just others personal experiences.
There is really no way to know if your diabetes is caused by Hep-C.  A
lot of people have diabetes and not hep-c.  Only advise I can give you
is try to keep your blood sugar as close to normal with diet and
exercise.  The drugs they use for diabetes is super tough on your liver
and the less the better.

Hello Anon, There is some info at this link, but I don't find it very
comprehensive.  If you send me an email I will send you a couple text
files with articles that are more comprehensive.

Actually, that overview leads to a page that is quite comprehensive
(skip the first article, go to "HCV affects more than just our Liver"):
