I was chatting with a collegue of mine who started treatment a month
before me. We talked about our dragon slaying, comparing notes of our
experience. I mentioned how I get an uncontrollable desire to just lie
down. And it could be anywhere. Yesterday it was on the floor of my
porch. Other days have been on the gravel rocks or the grass in my
yard, rocks at the beach. Funny thing is he does the same thing. He
also lies on the floor, carpets or wood, doesn't matter. He was
checking his kid's room to make sure a bed was made and saw the sun
streaming through the window and went to lie down. His family thinks he
is whacked. (well he is .....but). We decided it was the hard surfaces
that are the best. Maybe it is a grounding exercize.
Any of you get the just lie down side effect?

Hell yea tx has it's way with ya in dropping you when necessary as if a
need for grounding is pulling you down..
Tx is so weird. I knew I was different when I tossed about 10 pieces of
wood by the door and then walked over them and fell. I was quite madd on
tx. I spent much time trapping nightmare cats from hell, and more. then
bears came so I started watching them and brewing hot Honey outside so
they would come back.. Tx was a very interesting experiencence. Nice to
read your almost getting done with tx and can recover and put it behind
you some..

YES.. I've got a comfy easy chair, but some times it just does match
lying on the floor (Next to my dog), and watching the TV (or listening
to music) from there.

Nice to know it wasn't just me. Odd, I don't recall this coming
up before but apparently it's not uncommon. I would close my
office door and lay down on the floor. It wasn't even just
being tired. You may have hit the nail on the head when you
mentioned the need for grounding.

Not on hard surfaces, but we have a u-shaped sectional sofa and there's
one section that was mine, after a meal I could just flop. I spent a
lot of time on that couch.
I actually had an aversion to hard surfaces.

Yep, seems to me we are not alone with our bizarre sides. There tends
to be someone else around here who has had it going on. This info is
for newbies, because sometimes ya just feel so alone on this treatment
and you can always come here and share.

I spent a lot of time on the couch on the tx. All day sometimes, just lay
and stare out the window.....
