Yep, believing in a god that doesn't exist is foolish.  I only believe
in the one that does exist.  It's a personal thing, Cody.  I never try
to push my spiritual beliefs off on anyone.  I'm not going to argue
religion with you.  I appreciate your respecting my right to be a
'fool', as you call it, without demeaning me for my beliefs.  I'll
return your level of respect, in kind, as I always have.  Any of those
topless gals down at the beach got large hooters?

No god exists. Your religion requires blind faith in a god and calls it a
"leap in faith" because there is no empirical evidence that a god exists.

I know. But think about this. Your reward for practising/not practising
Christianity comes after you die, be it hell or heaven. That's like working
for someone all your life and you get paid after you die. Would you accept a
job under those conditions?

I believe that "faith" is important. I don't give a f.ck what faith
anyone has. noone knows for sure that theirs is the "one" , but I do
find that even if people don't have a religion they have some level of
faith. Even if it is only that they have faith they will eat breakfast!
I believe faith to be integral. Or it will be a lonely stress ridden
empirical life.
I am not a christian or anything else that can be labled. I take from
the similarities, and differences of world faiths. If we are all
descendant from Africa, faith started then, and developed with
differences to spread faith across the planet.

eewww! the thought of  being in a frenzy with you around is
frightening.

There's a difference between faith that is based on one's experience and one
that is blind, like faith in a god that doesn't exist. The former can be
good -- as you point out -- and the latter is dangerous and has lead us to
the current condition of the world, f.cked up.

I'm not in a "frenzy". Sorry to disapoint you.

You are creating that difference, scientists have faith in their
probability factors. Some, of which is based on a communication of
experience, yet not all.
If there is a probability factor there is faith that something is
possible.

The catagories cannot be seperated.
