it' s all about Spectacle, Gordo, always was!  I never did deviate from that
model, the one that the classical Greeks used in their theatre and libraries
Those folks explained things so easily and with so much insight in their
plays they wrote on the edge of history.  Those values are rock solid.  You
remember that discussion we had on this news list?  Of course you don't
seriously expect everything I say to be of a cause and effect nature?
Sometimes painting in the background first will quickly and more easily
define the central subject.  "the crowd went silent"  Its all part of the
Project.  It doesn't happen in a straight timeline or actionline.  That is
why Occam's Razor again, is so valuable.  The philosophy and literature
(thousands of years of it) from classical times withstood that acid test of
what is bullshit and what is buckwheat.   It gives us grounding in a world
of sensation.  We need Spectacle to get attention and to set the backdrop,
tempo and timbre.  And the best part of it all is, you don't need to care or
read it, either!  8-)
