Hi friends, It's been a long time since I've posted, I'm enjoying life to the fullest!! I got my results back from one year post tx and as you can tell by the subject line... I'm UNDETECTABLE!!!! Going on my very first cruise to Cozumel in July. Just my son and I. It's his Mother's Day present to me and my "welcome home from Iraq" present to him. Went through with ours last summer and even on tx it was worth it. Climbing to the top of one of the pyramids was an accomplishment, but what a view and it was easier going up than trying to get down from the top. Sorry to hear about your son's marriage. The town is really cruise-ship touristy, you can rent a car for pretty cheap and drive to the ruins, and then down to the south coast (we're talking a very short drive) to gorgeous beaches that no one goes to. It is true that no matter who else comes into or goes out of your life, your family will always be there. I think it's terrific that you and your son are taking some time off together.
