Newbie here - I am in my 9 mo of Tx (Pegasys and copegus) no detectable
virus at this time - yea  Sides haven't been too bad although my hair is
falling out but I am assured that it will return to normal.  Probably
contacted HCV during the drug wars of the 60's and early 70's.  I am lucky
to be here - many of my friends didn't make it.  I live in Northeast
Seattle - I would like to start a support group that meets every so often -
any help or suggestions appreciated - good luck everyone and keep on truckin

Welcome Capt'n!

good deal on your EVR, wishing you a nice SVR when your done! I did the 48
weeks of combo mombo last winter, not much fun. But made it and waiting till
the end of this month to find out my 6 month post treatment viral load....
waiting is so much fun...

Hey, I'm from Seattle area in another lifetime, still like to visit as many
friends and relatives are in the area.

Support is real helpfull, at least it was for me. I thought about going to
some groups they have around Anchorage, but I was so friggin sick from the
chemo I was doing good just to turn on the computer!! I'm glad this news
group is here!

Take it easy and good luck, your almost there!!! (almost my a.s!!! those
last couple of months are tedious!!)
