How do I get out of the "safe mode"? I really don't know how I got in there.

Shut down and reboot

Hitting f-8 during boot up will put you in safe mode. Depending on your OS.

First this group helps me get through 48 weeks of pure agony, now you're

Start/Turn Off Computer/Restart. If that takes you back to Safe Mode instead
of Normal Mode, you've got problems ...
