Concord Police Department Officer Ron Turner is a fucken dirty black pig cop First the cop called for chp portable scale to get the wt of my truck he could not get one then he had me go to the chp truck scale on the hwy to get the wt of my truck no one was there then he had me go to moving co. and had me drive on there scale to get wt of my truck with me in it . the scale said i was under 6000lbs. but he gave me a ticket for overloaded tire load range . he added the gross wt 6000lbs + 3042 tire load range for ea tire = 12168lbs is 18168 - 6000 - 6000 = 12168lbs ticket said i was 12168lbs over loaded. i had me 150lbs + 2 boxes 820lbs. in bed -in the boxes was cardboard. just before he let me go he had me go into the restroom at the moving co. and told me to strip with 2 back up cops 1 male cop and 1 girl cop. and then he let me go after 8 hours. got to court i showed him how to do the math on the tire load range and he walks up to the judge and says ALL CHARGES DROPPED. Ron tuner who is 300lb black dirty pig cop needs to go hunting with dick cheney . Some cops make bad judgements, but what does that topic have to do with lasik? Hanson is both good and bad.... that copwatch link is a gem. I have some cops to search on.... Hmmm.. just tried that and I couldn't get any complaints at all to come up. All I have to go on is the city and officer name. That thing is asking for judges name, attorney name, etc. It would be nice to search on complaints without having to specify an officer. Even when I did specify some real winners.. no results came up. If all the incompetent cops were taken off the streets... we would have very very few cops left. I have one comment here. The ONLY approved use for a cop to discharge their weapon is in self defense. To use a gun offensively, they have SWAT teams. However, that rule is a joke. Cops routinely shoot at people, usually with fatal results since they are trained to go for head shots. Whenever you hear about a cop shooting their weapon, just take note if it was done in self defense or not. A few months ago, a black man about 67 years old and disoriented was in a parking lot surrounded by a dozen cops all about 20 feet away from him. The man had a machete in his hand. They shouted at him to put his hands up. He raised his hands without dropping the machete first - and they considered that a threating gesture and they opened fire on him filling him with about 21 shots that hit him not counting the misses. Those officers should all not only be fired, but be in prison on at the very least charges of manslaughter. Not one of them was disciplined. Apparently it is still legal to shoot black people. All of that is on video btw.
