I have been diagnosed with HOP of about 20 to 22 in each eye. My eye doctor
said i have no nerve damage. This happened in the summer , when i woke up
one morning and noticed the vision in my left eye was no longer as sharp as
in my right one and i had floaters. I went for an MRI and it was negative
( no contrast mri ). Anyway my head has been feeling really weird for the
past month , all around my temples and back of my head feels real tight and
my head always feels flushed but my temp is lower then normal. Now yesterday
I woke up and noticed my right eye has almost evened out with my left.
Things dont look as sharp or clear as before. Its slight but i notice it.
Can semi high pressure in your eyes make your head feel weird? Could the mri
have missed something?

Sounds like you need to see your doctors ASAP.  Your regular doctor at
the least, and probably also yourr eye doctor.  That kind of thing is
best diagnosed by a professional, in person.
