  This is general information, but could help.  You have universities
and major hospitals out there that certainly could help. Google:

as shown, with quotes.  Then your are going to have to get into the
sites and see who and where.  A call will generally elicit some info
on $$$.
As a long shot, you might try seeing what the Lion's Club is doing out
there.  One of their big outreach programs is vision, and they might
have some insights as to how best to approach the problem
