Can someone please give me advice on how to stop this annoying problem , my
left eye tears constantly..been happening to me for years and I just cant
stand it any longer..I heard that a plug can be used to stop this , is this
true?

Depends on what causes the tearing.  You should see your eye doctor to
find out.

I can tell you that dry eyes can tear a lot, believe it or not.  Plugs
can help this condition by keeping your natural tears from draining
out, so that your eyes will be more moist.  But first, try
over-the-counter lubricants from the drugstore.  I believe the ones
that are preservative-free are best.  Some suggestions:  Bion Tears,
Refresh PM, Refresh LiquiGel.  If you have dry eyes, this may be all
you need.

But again, see your doctor.
