I have taken Timolol GFS and Xalatan in both eyes for more than a year,
and added Alphagan P in the right eye only about 6 months ago.
Pressures are OK but in the last month I experienced itching, redness
and swelling of the right eyelid area. My doctor advised to use
Bacitracin Zinc and Polymyxin B ointment, which has not helped yet.
Does anyone have experience with this?

I've had an allergic reaction to Alphagan P, not unlike yours.  It's
known for that.  I had to stop using it and switch to something else.

Allergies to Alphagan are quite common, with symptoms just as you
described.  It is unlikely that the ointment you are using will have
any beneficial effect.  Your doctor will probably have to stop your
Alphagan.
