We have had this discussion many times on this site, Saref. I know,
because you are usually the one who initiates them. There are NO
particularly accurate home tonometers that are in an affordable price
range. There's the Proview by Bauch & Lomb, that, as I've said here
before, is not very easy to use or accurate, but it is inexpensive
(less than $100). Then there is the Tonopen by Mentor, that costs over
$2000 and requires a numb cornea to use (like most tonometers). Using
numbing drops at home on a daily basis is not safe as it increases the
risk of corneal infections. Therefore, at least for now, I would give
up on the "checking my pressure at home" idea.
