Would taking Avandia and a diuretic automatically preclude taking Ginkgo
Biloba for a NTG patient seeking remedies other than surgery (already on
Xalatan, Alphagan and Cosopt)?

You should be wary of taking too much Ginkgo if you are on a blood
thinner like Coumadin or aspirin, but I don't think there would be any
problem with a diuretic or Avandia. You should check with your doctor
to make sure, however.
