Ginko biloba and aspirin

This might have come up before: I heard or read that you should be
careful with gingko biloba when you are taking aspirin because of
blood thinning. I'm taking a baby aspirin every day and want to start
taking 120mg of ginkoba daily.

I would also be interested in the answer to this question. Could
taking Gingko increase the likelihood of retinal hemorrhages?
